The body is mapped out on the feet. Gently working on specific points on the soles of the feet, top of the feet and around the ankles can have a healing effect throughout the body physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It can also uplift those suffering from stress and anxiety. It is gentle, suitable for adults and people with delicate, degenerative or painful conditions. After each treatment you will be shown a map of the feet and the areas that needed most attention. Advice can be offered as to how to increase your health benefits at home through diet, exercise, meditation etc.

A session runs for 50 minutes. The first session may take a little longer as we will go over your health history prior to treatment. It is important to remember that the treatment will cause lasting effects so you will continue to experience re-balancing and integration for at least 36 hours after the actual treatment.
For a Reflexology treatment, clients remain fully clothed. Wear clothing you are comfortable in.
To get the full benefits of Reflexology a course of 6 or 8 sessions is recommended at weekly intervals. After a course of treatment, many people will still choose to come for Reflexology on a monthly or seasonal basis to maintain health.
