APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
If you are late to your appointment time will be added at the end if it is possible.
Please give at least 24hrs notice of cancellation where possible. Recurring cancellations will result in full payment on booking next appointment. This is non refundable if less than 24 hrs notice is not given. (Within reason – eg. child wakes up sick morning of appointment etc)
